Asy Naturel was founded by Aysel Yücesoy, a third-generation entrepreneur and food exporter from south of Turkey. Aysel has worked in the local and organic food sector in Turkey over 10 years. Her experience combined with her formal education in Food Engineering and PhD degree have allowed her to bridge the gap between academia and the private sector. 


Aysel is taking part in projects about innovative food products and sustainability in Turkey, which she is passionate about.


As one of the few women entrepreneurs in the sector, Aysel is a member of Turkey's first Women Council of Turkish Exporters' Assembly. She's also Supervisory Board Member of the Mediterranean Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Association.
